With your own private stone driveway entrance on the deck-side of the guesthouse, this property accommodates up to three vehicles with ease.

We loved our stay at Fawn’s Lair. The property was convenient to everything the Cooperstown area has to offer. The accommodations were clean and lovely. Our host checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Fawn’s Lair!

Staying at Mike and Connie's place during our Cooperstown week couldn't have gone any smoother or better. The apartment was spotless and well-appointed, the furnishings and appliances were updated and clean and the property was quiet and literally 4-5 minutes from Dreams Park.Additionally, Mike and Connie were extremely communicative and helpful during our stay. If you're planning a trip to Cooperstown Dreams Park for 3-4 people, this is the ideal spot.
