Our Apartamento, completely equipped with white marble, is located directly on the beach, isolated on one of the most beautiful lagoons - on the Costa del Sol!
A large living and dining room, a modern kitchen, with all modern equipment, incl. Washing machine equipped with dryer (Bosch and Siemens)!
The master bedroom and a second bedroom each have their own bathroom. The master bedroom borders on the 9 meter wide window front of the terrace, which is also equipped with some fitness equipment.
The living room also opens into this unique terrace with its large oval glass dining table for 6 people.
The apartment has a living space of 140 square meters including the terraces.
Our Apartamento is extremely convenient as a starting point for all activities:
Right on the coastal road N340 - Avenida del Sol!
15 minutes to Malaga airport
35 minutes to Malaga and Marbella!
€ 300 - Refundable deposit upon arrival.

This place is to die for. The moment you enter you staring at the beautiful water. The windows all fold away opening the entire room to the amazing outdoors. Wolfgang met us at the sidewalk as we were dropped off, showed us to the room and took time to show us all we needed to know. He is so gracious!The place is spotless and is stocked with everything you will need for an extended stay. A/C works great. There is even a clothes washer if you need it. We had a car rental and found parking relatively easy to find a spot very near the entrance. Late afternoon/early evenings on weekends it is a bit more problematic but we still found a spot. The Malibu bar is really convenient. The food is just mediocre but adequate for a quick bite. If you go during the afternoon/evening ask for Chris. A delightful young man who will go out of his way to make your visit really enjoyable. (Tell him Pat and Linda said hi). Overall, you won’t find a nicer host, clean accommodations with a view like that. Simply amazing. This is truly a gem. Wonderful location, beautiful views. We stayed 10 days, four adults. Kitchen very well equipped, parking on the street but easy to get.Apartment very safe,security doors to building and into apartment. Lots of hot water,towels and the beach is right outside. Views are incredible. Restaurant near by was good. We had a car rental but short taxi or bus for groceries and into town. Wolfgang and Roberto wonderful to deal with. Showed us how everything works and we're very quick to respond. If you are headed to Spain you have to stay here.
