relaxing, fishing, or diving.
Completed in September 2020, the house features 1 bathroom with a large walk-in shower, 1 sink, and a toilet, as well as 2 bedrooms (1 master bedroom with a double bed and a spacious sliding-door closet, and 1 children’s room with 2 single beds and wall cabinets). The bright and modern living/dining area features an open, fully equipped kitchen, including a spacious fridge-freezer, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, an integrated microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The living room also features a spacious corner sofa with a pull-out sleeper function and a mattress topper. The vacation home is further equipped with 1 satellite TV with internet access,
The 250 m² property, featuring a small garden and a terrace with seating and barbecue facilities, invites you to relax and unwind. A garden shed provides space for bicycles, strollers, and other sports equipment you bring along.
The entire residential complex is sheltered by a small garden and has its own entrance, offering guests privacy. Additionally, a free parking space is available in the outdoor area.

The vacation home is located in the immediate vicinity of Lake Bielener, which features a swimming beach with a playground and a small beachside restaurant. Not far from there are also the Tauchersee, the Sundhäuser See, the Forellensee, and the Möwensee. The Bielen district borders the city of Nordhausen and is about a 10-minute drive or bus ride from the city center. Nordhausen is a city well worth visiting, featuring, for example, a theater, a movie theater, the Badehaus, and many sights and museums—all of which are showcased in a short video. A stroll through the Old Town, with its half-timbered houses, small shops, the Flohburg Museum, cozy cafés, and a variety of restaurants, is also well worth your time. Not far from the Old Town is the city park, which features a petting zoo and a children’s playground.
