Exterior cameras are installed around the outside of the property for your safety and protection. These cameras are actively recording and are located outdoors only.
- Smoking Policy:
Smoking is **strictly prohibited** inside the property. If evidence of smoking is found, a **$500 fine** will be charged.
- Parties and Events:
We do **not allow parties** at any of our properties. Production shoots and photo shoots are permitted **with prior written approval** from the host. Please contact us ahead of time to discuss any production-related needs.

This home was perfect for my short stay in Decatur. Checkin was seamless. It had all the amenities I could have asked for including a great gym. There are a number of grocery stores near by within walking distance.

Was exactly as depicted. Beautifully decorated. The host was oh so responsive to every question and issue. For our purposes (close to Emory University) was perfect. Highly recommend this property!

This property was the perfect choice for a mom's weekend off! Everything I needed was within walking distance or just a short drive away. The property was comfortable, spotless, and well-appointed. The host provided top-notch customer service! I would definitely stay again and have recommended the property to several others. Great stay!
