About this villa rental
A small villa in the Piscina Rei area, on the ocean side, 100 meters from the beach and the Il Ginepro kiosk. This is the most beautiful spot on the famous Costa Rei beach, as the beach here is wider, quieter, and more relaxing.
The cottage has just been renovated, both inside and out.
Large garden, one bedroom, living room with a bed—an excellent option for a couple with two children. Forget about using a car. A grocery store, restaurants, bars, and a pharmacy are just a short walk away.
The cottage is located in a quiet and relaxing area.
Given its proximity to the sea, you can sometimes even hear the sound of the waves at night.
Just a short walk away, right in front of the beautiful beach, is the “Il Ginepro” kiosk, probably the most beautiful one on the entire Costa Rei.
About 200 meters from the house is a small square lined with restaurants, bars, a grocery store, a newsstand, a deli, a pharmacy, and various shops that will make your summer evenings even more enjoyable.
300 meters away is a large pedestrian area where, two days a week, a colorful open-air market takes place—a place where you can find local foods and wines, as well as many other items.
In Costa Rei, there are three small squares surrounded by restaurants and various bars. One of these, Piazzetta Rei Marina, is within walking distance—just 200 meters away.
