About this apartment rental

A cozy and spacious apartment in the heart of Trastevere.

Just 500 meters away is John Cabot University, the largest American university in Italy and one of the most important in Europe.

The apartment is spread over two floors with charming exposed wooden beams on the ceiling and is located on the first floor of a historic building without an elevator.

Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious kitchen equipped with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.

A comfortable, large table allows you to enjoy meals together with friends and family.

On the same floor, there is an utility room with a convenient washing machine and everything you need to wash and iron your laundry.

Climbing the stairs inside the house will take you to the upper floor, where you’ll be greeted by a spacious living room. Here, too, you’ll find the characteristic exposed-beam ceiling that lends the space great charm, A comfortable sofa bed with an ottoman is perfect for relaxing, spending your evenings playing board games, or watching one of your favorite Netflix series on the 32" smart TV.

This spacious area also features a study nook with a convenient fold-away desk, a lamp, and several shelves—perfect for working remotely or settling in for a good read.

The home is equipped with ultra-fast fiber-optic internet for optimal Wi-Fi connectivity.

The master bedroom, featuring a queen-size bed, will ensure you get a great night’s sleep after spending the day visiting Rome’s most beautiful monuments; it includes a spacious closet with a dresser where you can store your clothes.

Adjacent to the bedroom is the bathroom, equipped with all standard amenities and a spacious sloped-ceiling shower with a maximum height of 1.75 meters, giving it a vintage charm.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning on the upper floor in both the bedroom and the living room, as well as a heating system for the colder months.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building without an elevator; it is not suitable for children under 2 years of age or guests with mobility issues, due to the presence of stairs within the home itself.

There are closed-circuit security cameras in the building’s common areas.

You will have the entire unit at your disposal, which can comfortably accommodate 4 people and, upon request, up to 5. It overlooks a quiet historic alley in the Trastevere neighborhood, just a short walk from the Lungotevere and Rome’s main attractions and monuments.

We loved how very clean and charming the apartment was. It is a walking distance to great restaurants in Trastevere. We walked comfortably with our pre-teen kids across the river to the city centre and the St. Peter’s Basilica. The neighborhood felt safe to us. We even walked with our kids at night. Arianna provided regular updates which was greatly appreciated and offered her assistance. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Rome and really enjoyed this apartment. Great location, close to everything. We could walk or take a taxi when it was too hot. We were even able to enjoy riding the scooters you can rent everywhere. The apartment was located in a very quite street, still about 2 blocks from all the restaurants and center of town. The apartment had everything we needed, it’s perfect for a small family (we were 4). Thanks Arianna for being so responsive and always tried to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Although we didn’t meet in person, check in was very easy and everything was as promised. Thanks for checking with us every day. I will definitely recommend your apartment and we hope to come back one day. Alex

Fantastic location, communication (super fast and helpful), a lovely apartment. Also, the bed was super comfortable. Our host arranged multiple cabs for us for early morning flights from Fiumicino and made terrific recommendations. She was great.

There was no mention of the two flights of stairs to get to the apt before climbing the next flight and a half to the bathroom and bedroom. Thankfully, the host carried my suitcase up the stairs and also helped with my husband’s. But we had to get down those stairs with our luggage with no help when we left. The hallway from the street to outside the apartment stank badly of mildew. No instructions as to size of cups to use in coffee maker. But instructions re garbage sorting, gas turn on and emptying tray under air conditioner. Overall attitude was to take care of owners considerations but not your guests! Arianna was a delightful person and responded quickly to calls for help with taxis. Also her help will th luggage was greatly appreciated as was early check in. Also, there was lots of fresh clean linen! That was a plus. But overall the apartment was inconvenient and not worth the rate charged. I see since we left, the rate is down to 1/2 of what we paid! Quite a change in only two weeks later in season. I will uodnt ever recommend this apartment to anyone. We did not enjoy it. You could knock yourself out getting off the toilet seat or using the table for unpacking the luggage in the bedroom. Also, my husband is 6 ft tall - the shower was very uncomfortable. There were no instructions for the washer - I had to send photos to Davide and Arianna to and text a number of times to get it working.
