About this house rental
Magnificent country house in Oisseau "La Veille Dame", she will be happy to welcome you to bring life to it during our absence.
It is composed of:
4 bedrooms (12m2, 11m2, 25m2 and 27m2)
1 living room (27m2)
1 dining room (25m2) (XXL table for up to 10 people)
1 kitchen (20m2 fully equipped)
2 bathrooms (5m2 and 8m2, one with slipper bath)
2 toilets
Pellet pole
Garden of 900m2 with children's games (trampoline, slide, swing, hut, swimming pool only in summer)
3 parking spaces.
Check-in: 3 p.m.
Departure: 12 noon

4K TV screen in the living room of 189cm
TV in 3 bedrooms

Case with "almost" all the cinema releases
This house is my baby, so I would pay close attention to every request.
It was lovingly renovated in 2022, and tastefully decorated.
No pets
No parties maximum 10 people
Non-smoking (detector) (a patio is available for "cigarette breaks"
For any special requests (reception, seminar or other please let me know, I will study each request carefully).
For your safety "The Old Lady" is under video-surveillance with alarm in case of intrusion.
I ask to recover "The Old Lady" as you got it, that is to say the cleaning must be done, the garbage thrown away (a deduction of 70€ will be made for the cleaning if not respected)
A deposit of 1100 for the house + 70€ for the cleaning € is requested at the beginning of each rental which is returned within 48 hours if no damage is observed.
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking.
