About this villa rental
Nestled within lush Mediterranean greenery, the beautiful villa “Casa de Cala Gat”, which stretches over 2 floors, is situated in an ideal location and boasts incredible views of the Cala Gat cove and the turquoise sea as well as the gorgeous mountains. The spacious property consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (3 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite television, a washing machine and a baby cot. Furthermore, the gorgeous house, which is located on a fenced property and offers guests a high degree of privacy, boasts a wonderful, private garden, 2 private terraces (open and covered), an outdoor shower, where you can refresh yourself on warm summer days as well as a barbecue to prepare delicious meals on. Approximately 5 minutes away driving in the heart of Es Pelats you will find a selection of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. The nearest supermarket is also located here, just a mere 1.3 km away (a 5-minute drive). Right on your doorstep (just a 1-minute walk away or 34 m), the stunning cove, Cala Gat, which is surrounded by wonderful greenery and rocky cliffs, awaits your visit. Here you can soak up the Spanish sun and swim in the gorgeous, glistening water.

The house is steps away from a glorious bay - excellent for swimming and around the headland is a vibrant small town . The house is beautifully positioned with a large veranda - an area we used a great deal. inside the house is modern , clean, spacious and well equipped, especially the new kitchen- with lots of crockery/ cutlery, coffee making machines , toasters etc. The air-conditioning / ceiling fans throughout are welcomed. Plenty of parking in the grounds of the property. There is a Lidl and other supermarkets in Cala Ratjada- the small town near to Cala Gat. A special mention for the owner of the property- a very lovely man- attentive without being intrusive. He provided a large bowl of fruit/ wine/ water on our arrival . and lots of tomatoes from his Finca one day. Would I recommend this property - Yes!

House very close to the beach and situated in a calm area. The restaurants are only 5 minutes walk from the house. We enjoyed a lot our stay.

War flexibel betreffend Übergabe / Übernahme.
Haus ist Nahe am Strand und sehr gut gelegen, auch für das Städtchen.
