Cozy 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home located in Ashland, Va. Fully fenced in back yard. YMCA, library, & parks with in walking distance. 1.3 miles from Randolph Macom College, 9 miles from King dominion, 14 miles to Richmond Raceway, multiple restaurants, coffee shops, sports bars, and stores with-in 3 miles. This home is located in a quiet & safe family neighborhood. NO PETS No smoking, if evidence of smoking marijuana or tobacco in/on premises there will be a additional Fee of $300.00 Charged NO PARTIES OR "GATHERINGS"

Great stay, it is as described, was close to Kings Dominion and quiet. The bathroom outlets did not work in either bathroom, hot water didnt seem to last super long. Absence of a living room TV. Not huge things, just feedback for owner for the future. Thanks for the stay.

This property would be okay for a night or two, but for an extended stay like our five night stay it left a few things to be desired. The house was clean and presented well upon arrival. Uncomfortable beds which were very low to the ground like cheap dorm room furniture, and uncomfortable bedding. Completely lacking drawer space or even a luggage rack you are left living out of your suitcase on the floor. There is good closet space with hangers, however. Window coverings were insufficient (tall women in the bathroom beware). There isn’t a family room TV but there is a TV in each bedroom. Master bathroom fan barely works so it was humid and moist in there most of the time. It was not quiet, backed up to a well-traveled road and an active train in the near distance which sounded its horns around the clock. Host was responsive to a sink leak that arose but it was not properly repaired during our stay, despite someone coming to attempt to fix it, so we had a wet countertop most of our stay. Overall, it was clean, host was good, but the house needs some fine-tuning and up-keep.
