Wonderful property with an amazingly responsive and gracious host. Our host went above and beyond in accommodating a last minute change necessitated by a flight cancellation—she truly saved our vacation. The property location cannot be beat — we will be back!

We loved this rental - charming new england coastal vibe with a perfect location. It had 1.5 bathrooms and an outdoor shower that we did use & loved! Bedrooms were good size and plenty of community space including a large dining table. We traveled with small pug and there were 2 crates at the house- large and small. Shared backyard had dining table with umbrella and privacy from neighbors, as well as house was on a dead end street off of main st. In the backyard there was a shed with beach chairs and couple of umbrellas. Beach towels were in the linen closet. Nantucket shuttle bus stops 1 block away brought us straight to Madaket beach. Madaket bike trail 1block away - pretty extensive rail trail system for cyclist. Easy walk to downtown or shuttle bus in. Owner was extremely responsive when we did have a couple of questions and booking process start to finish was super easy. Perfect location to access all on the island. We would book this property again!
