About this cottage rental
Enjoy your own private hot tub in this standalone cottage located inside Margaritaville resort. Located off 192 in Kissimmee 5-10 minutes to Disney parks and 20-30 minutes to Universal Studios and Seaworld.
The Promenade at Sunset walk which is inside the resort (walking distance from cottage) has over a dozen restaurants that cover every type of cuisine you can think of
**At this time Short Term Rental Guests are not permitted access to the resort pool or fitness center. H20 Water Park (located in the same plaza) has day & season passes available for purchase. Refer to their calendar of open dates as they close for 3 months every winter**

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Kiwi! The location was perfect, just a short drive to Disney. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store is not too far either. After a busy day at the parks, it was nice to relax in the hot tub, maybe with a margarita! The cottage itself was great, very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Matt was awesome with communication and was quick to answer all our questions. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’d absolutely come back and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Orlando area!

The cottage was very neat, and clean. The kitchen area was well supplied. It's conveniently located to restaurants and shopping and Disney parks. It's in a very quiet part of the Margaritaville resort. The beds were comfortable. Also, I liked it they don't allow pets. That's hard to find these days. Overall, very nice place to stay.

The resort is awesome and Casa Kiwi was perfect for our family. The host was responsive and accommodating.

Overall, the stay was fine. The cleaning needs a major upgrade inside the unit. The hot tub was also not cleaned, so we didn’t get to enjoy it, which was a huge part of why we chose the villa. Hair on shower walls and floors. Fingerprints on mirrors, TVs, appliances, floors not cleaned, trash, and food under the bed.
