About this apartment rental
Relax in the hot tub or sauna after a long day exploring downtown Vancouver. Come home to an open-concept condo with city and mountain views. You're steps from Rogers Arena, BC Place, the Queen Elizabeth Theatre, the SkyTrain, Costco, Gastown, and False Creek, with great restaurants all around.
Wake up and brew a cup of coffee, or dine al fresco on the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked and fully equipped, with a dishwasher, oven and built-in microwave.
Building amenities: lap pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, and 24-hour on-site security. One free parking stall is included.
The suite (about 1,000 sq ft, 2.5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms)
Primary bedroom: king bed with ensuite full bathroom and soaker tub (sleeps 2)
Second bedroom: queen bed (sleeps 2)
Small third room: single bed (sleeps 1)

The building has 24-hour lobby security and secure access, and most guests tell us they enjoyed exploring the area on foot. For the best experience, we suggest sticking to well-lit main streets in the evening, as you would in any major city.

Lovely condo in Vancouver for a family vacation! The initial parking situation is just a little tricky, but the owner’s guide inside the unit helps figure out the process - thank you! Walked to Gastown and Robson in daytime areas, but would probably Uber it at night for safety. Short and lovely drive to Grouse Mtn, Granville Island and Stanley Park. The pizza place with board games right next door was wonderful and perfect with my kids.

We loved the location of this property. The coffee/pastry shop downstairs and market made it super easy. We also appreciated all the fans provided since the weather was so hot during our stay.

Overall good stay. Commute to activities in Vancouver could be a little challenging depending on the time of day and traffic. Air conditioning unit available in living space but not in bedrooms. I was thankful host provided fans. Great access to gym and pool on site.

Traveled for a concert at Rogers Arena and the property is in close proximity to the arena which was helpful. The positives…the property was clean, checkin was simple and we had great communication with host. What could be improved…add bath mats, extra towels, and appropriate bins for the recycling program indicated in the property manual. Other observations…the space is functional but not very comfortable if you will be spending time on property. The AC is a portable unit that barely cools the main room and definitely not the bedrooms which should only impact summer travelers.
