A unique holiday in a magical and natural place. Between sea and forest, at the tip of the seaside resort of Saint Trojan-les-Bains,

The accommodation:
This 130m2 "cabin" house is a magical place, in a fully enclosed space
-A private and above-ground heated swimming pool will allow you to let your children run around in peace.
-A cosy and charming outdoor space with deckchairs, swing, table and barbecue!
-A courtyard to protect you from the sun
DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERIOR OF THE HOUSE
On the first floor, all rooms have access to the outside.
-A large entrance with coat rack, dresser, and a sofa that can make an extra bed.
-A large "summer camp style" corridor leads to the following rooms:
-1 laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, 2 folding dryers, folding baby bed
-3 bathrooms with shower, heated towel rail, soap, shampoo and hairdryer
-2 toilets
-5 very cosy rooms:
- 3 large bedrooms with 160 cm bed, dresser, dressing room, chairs
-2 small bedrooms workshop ideal for children, with a 90 cm bed, dresser, dressing room, chair...
-1 small corner for a baby with a mattress of 80 (in one of the large bedrooms)
Upstairs:
Under a majestic framework: -A very large living room of 80 m2 with an atypical decoration
- A relaxation area (sofas, armchairs, swing egg, base table, television, Bluetooth speaker)
- A dining area (table for 10/12 people + baby chair) and a bar area
-An original fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave, oven, kettle, nespresso, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, mixer, waffle iron, hot dog machine, large fridge freezer
Ideal for cooking with family or friends.
-1 WC
All linen is provided, sheets, duvets, pillows, towels, dish towels.
The rooms will be prepared for your arrival, don't worry about anything.

1st necessities to avoid running on the day of your arrival: tea, coffee, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, still and sparkling water, pasta, toilet paper, cleaning product...

The rental is for a minimum of 1 week from Sunday to Sunday in July and August
