This 3-room ground-floor apartment in Scharbeutz features a south-west-facing terrace. You’re just 400 m from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach and the new Dünenmeile.
The apartment is modern and high-quality, furnished with great attention to detail. The spacious living-dining area with a kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven with broiler, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine, etc.) features a cozy sitting area and an attractive dining area, as well as a modern 46-inch 3D LED Smart TV, allowing you to enjoy TV programming in HD quality. 3D Blu-ray player, micro stereo system with Bluetooth and USB access, internet connection, and Wi-Fi.
One bedroom features a beautiful double bed (180 x 200 cm) with a 32-inch LED Smart TV and a radio alarm clock. The second bedroom has two single beds (80 x 200 cm). All rooms are equipped with external roller shades, which guarantee a completely restful night’s sleep. The full bathroom includes a washing machine. There is also a guest restroom. Both feature underfloor heating. A clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board are also provided.
Guests have access to a lockable bike storage room and an underground parking space. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
