Enjoy this cozy, centrally located, spacious home! Get to lovely downtown Corpus Christi and our beautiful ocean within minutes. Looking to stay in and cook? Absolutely NO EVENTS allowed.
No loud noise is permitted on the property (i.e. music, outside noise, etc.) If we are notified of a noise complaint we reserve the right to have guests removed from the property with no refund.
MONDAY GUESTS - Please note that if you are a guest at this home on Monday, we ask that you bring the trash bins out to the curb as the city picks up trash on Tuesday morning. Failure to pull trash cans out will result in a fee of $75.00 as we will need to pay to have someone to remove and discard the trash from trash cans.
The back garage is being renovated into an apartment no one is allowed to access the dwelling.
NOTE: This home is sprayed by Fox Pest every month, however it is located near the bay and because of this, guests might see a water bug or the occasional roach. Please Do not reserve this home if water bugs or the occasional roach will ruin your stay or cause you to leave a bad review.

The house itself was nice. Yard needed to be mowed. If you have young kids or pets be careful as my grandson
