House was clean and very spacious. Very close to the beach and had a lot of things you could use at the house. The house is actually 407B in the back. Make sure to pay attention to trash rules and do not use neighbor’s property or trash cans.

Wayne was awesome, the house was ridiculously cool, and it had everything we needed or wanted. The kitchen had all of the appliances we needed, the grill was nice, and there was tons of space.Everything was nice and clean, and the balcony was so cool. And you can't beat the location. 10/10, would absolutely stay again

The house was very spacious for our family. 6 adults & 3 children under 5. Ocean view abd Steps away from the beach access which was what I wanted. It was very clean. Wayne’s garage was full of everything you need for the beach. Including a buggy/ wagon to put your chairs in or the kids as we also did, big beach tents, corn hole! We had a blast!

Property was exactly as pictured...even nicer ! Many "zones" for kids, quiet spaces, etc. Deck was perfect and garage was ideal for post beach!
