Located right in the heart of Scharbeutz, this apartment building was completed in the spring of 2020 and features just 9 residential units. The beach, the pier, and the Dünenmeile—with its shops, cafes, and restaurants—are just a short walk away. All shopping options are also within walking distance. The same goes for the spa park with its large children’s playground and beautiful mini-golf course. The lovely interior invites you to enjoy a carefree vacation. In Apartment 7, you’ll enjoy a very special atmosphere: whether you’re a couple or a family, everyone can feel at home here in their own way. You can easily reach the first floor by elevator. A parking space in the carport and a lockable bicycle storage room are available. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.

The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), and the guest/children’s room has a bunk bed (0.90 x 2.00 m) with a safety rail. Both rooms also have a flat-screen TV. The apartment is complemented by a beautiful balcony.
The rooms can be darkened with exterior blinds (except for the living room side); there are also pleated blinds on the windows. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests. The apartment is non-smoking. Dogs are not permitted.
A bicycle storage room is available (go down the stairs or take the elevator, then turn right through two doors—one of which is locked but can be opened with a key). The parking space in the carport is located directly behind the house.
Starting in 2022, there will be a dedicated charging station for electric cars (fee of 35.00 euros per week or portion thereof) available for guests to use.
