About this apartment rental
Newly renovated, kitchen-living with 2 big bedrooms with beautiful view on the trees (both 2+1) 1 bedroom (1 doublebed) and a big bathroom with shower.
Just Outside the door a wood-fired oven for delicious dinners or lunch under the shade of the trees .You can walk in our vineyard or relax in the garden reading a book.
Small inflatable pool with filter 2.5 m large for the fun of the kids and to refresh the parents. (From 1 June )
A game area with seesaw and slide for the children.
An excellent starting point to visit the most beautiful cities' such as Florence (70 km), Pisa, Lucca Volterra San Gimignano (40 km), Siena (80km) to reach the sea (40km), Casciana baths (15km) or the pool Peccioli (3km).

This house is located in a peaceful, secluded area with beautiful vineyard views. We were a group of 7 and had more than enough space to feel comfortable. The outdoor area is especially wonderful—spacious, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying the scenery.
Vaina, the host, is incredibly attentive and kind. She made sure we had everything we needed, gave us clear instructions, and kept everything spotless. The property itself is amazing, with vineyards, olive trees, and plants all around. The wine from her vineyard is absolutely delicious.
I truly loved the location and the sense of tranquility it offers. It was a perfect place to disconnect and enjoy the beauty of nature. Highly recommended.///// Esta casa está ubicada en una zona apartada y muy tranquila, con hermosas vistas a los viñedos. Éramos 7 personas y teníamos más que suficiente espacio para estar cómodos. El área exterior es excelente: amplia, relajante y perfecta para disfrutar del paisaje.
Vaina, la anfitriona, es muy atenta y amable. Nos dio todas las indicaciones necesarias y todo estaba muy limpio. La propiedad es preciosa, con viñedos, olivos y muchas plantas alrededor. Además, el vino de su propia viña es exquisito.
Realmente me encantó la ubicación y la tranquilidad que se siente. Es un lugar perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar de una vista hermosa. Totalmente recomendado.

The place was wonderful. We were met by the host and they explained everything. We used Google translate a lot but it worked out. The pool was an enjoyed by our children (8,11, & 13). We didn’t have a car which was mostly fine as we didn’t intend to travel much but that did limit when we could go into the town. The place was very comfortable. There is no sitting room which was not a problem for us as it was warm and we were often outside. We loved the outdoor spaces, siting in the vineyard was very relaxing and the view from the hill above the house was stunning. A great place and the hosts were communicative. We had to change our plans on both the front end and they were able to flex with us for both! We would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Peccioli. Vaina was a very hospitable host! We felt welcome and very at home immediatly.
The communication beforehand with Alessandro was very good. He answered very quickly and friendly.
The hospitality, effort and care of Vaina made our holiday absolutely wonderful and comfortable. The kitchen had everything it needed to cook at home, the apartment was clean and well equipped. If anything was needed we could always ask Vaina.
The children well enjoyed the garden and especially the pool and the little playground. The grounds were perfect for them to play and explore.
The countryside made it perfect for us adults to relax, read and have a peacefull and restorative time.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Thank you, Vaina - and of course Alessandro - for the great time.

Such an idyllic place. The house was spotlessly ckean, with everything we needed. There was plenty outside space, and swimming pool. We were staying there while we went to the Andrea Bocelli concert, our host, Alessandro, was fantastic, picking us up from the railway station and taking us to the concert, nothing was too much trouble He responded to questions and e mails, very quickly I would certainly recommend this place. We only stayed for a night but would have really enjoyed spending longer there. Many thanks again to Alessandro hope to see you again in the future
