About this house rental
Sand Dollar Cottage is an open floor plan home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths on the beautiful Bald Head Island. Walking distance to South Beach and short cart ride to the market and marina. The home was recently professionally redesigned and renovated with a coastal interior. The beautifully remodeled kitchen has all new appliances, cabinets, and countertops. The spacious family & dining area is open to the Carolina room for additional living space. Enjoy the sound of the ocean from the large deck with fabulous seating areas, dining table & grill.
The cottage has two primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and two additional bedrooms.

The village of Bald Head Island is a golf cart only community. The cottage includes 2 golf carts (4 persons each). While the island has a limited number of businesses, there are several restaurants, shops, and a market for groceries.

This property is in a great location with an easy walk to south beach and quick cart ride to the shops and other beaches. It was clean, had plenty of room for our party of 7, and the AC and showers were great! The owner quickly and effectively resolved an issue with one of the carts so that our trip went smoothly, and we appreciated the selection of board games and number of beach towels and chairs.

Great property, we loved staying in the forest. Close to the beach and the market/shops. Plenty of space and the house was stocked with all beach necessities and kitchen gadgets. Would definitely visit again!

The layout of the house was perfect, well equipped kitchen and grill. Very comfortable and great location: quiet area, easy to get to the BHI Club, the beach, and stores! The wildlife overlook was awesome with the White Ibis and Egrets coming to roost!
