House met our needs. It was a bit bumpy for the first few days as the internet was not working, but host got us online by the end of day 2. It’s a lake cottage and in general needed a good cleaning (cobwebs) and the mattresses should be replaced. But overall, the complimentary use of a golf cart, the linens being included and the great location near the aquatic/tennis pavilion was a plus. Lakeside is a state of mind, so just allow yourself to enjoy the experience and the little things about the cottage are not such a big deal! My grandson was so excited to find the Legos provided and the front porch swing was perfect for reading (napping!) with a nice breeze most of the time.

Great location. Close to pool, parking lot, nature trail, pickle ball tennis courts. Downtown was a short golf cart ride or a nice walk. Wish there had been information in the house about the area…places to eat, hours of operation for courts, pool, etc. Also had to make our beds when we arrived…never had that in all of the places we have stayed. Not a problem but a little surprised. Golf cart was great but did not have current inspection sticker which we were told about by security twice. If you rent this place, I would recommend bringing or renting bicycles. The ones at the house have not been maintained, left outdoors so rusty chains.

Overall it was ok for what I needed. I did have a few issues . I had flying ants in the kitchen that I had to constantly spray. On the 3rd day we lost WiFi and Tv. The golf cart wasn’t charging properly so at one point it died on us
