Custom Designed Multi-Million Dollar home on Folly Beach.This may be the most luxurious home on the island. Nestled away on a private, estate size 1 acre lot & only 2 blocks from the ocean, this home is perfect for a private vacation away from beach crowds. 6 Blocks from restaurants, bars, Folly Beach Pier & shopping.The home's grand interior & exterior living spaces lend themselves well to entertaining year round, & with that entertaining in mind, the spacious, combined kitchen, dining & living areas are definitely a plus for this beach home. The main home has 4 large bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms. The enormous kitchen holds 2 fridges, double ovens,1 full dishwasher and 1 drawer-style dishwasher. Heated tile floors in living area, kitchen and master bath are a real luxury. There is a separate studio off the front porch area of the main home with a king bed, living area, flat screen tv, sectional with full size pull out bed, full bath, kitchenette and dining area. This studio is perfect for those who still want to be part of the group but need a little more privacy. Pool area has a banquet style buffet counter with built in Stainless BBQ to make group lunches & dinners effortless. 3 sets of French doors open to pool deck. Conveniently located utility room has full size, front loading washer/dryer. Your family will be able to relax and not be on top of each other in this spacious estate. At the end of the day the peaceful, marsh views await you from the screened porch while you lay in the hammock, and if a crackling fire suits you then the screened porch, wood- burning fireplace is ready for a fire year round.

Great property with exceptional views and great open spaces to gather our big family. Kitchen was fairly well stocked although a wee bit disorganized. Loved having two refrigerators, two dishwashers and two ovens. Lots of storage space and large table yo eat at. Rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. We especially loved the upstairs master suite which was very comfortable and exceptionally nice. The upstairs game room had a bit of a “stale” smell but we didn’t use it much. The pool was very nice and the grandkids loved it. Everybody was super happy with the house. We would definitely stay there again.

The house photos were a bit different than pictured. Some differences were improvements and some were not. For example, the screened in room was not very nice, dirty and needs a sprucing up. The master bedroom was nicer than pictured. It would be helpful to have beach chairs and umbrellas. There were a few gross chairs left behind by other travelers. It’s a bit of a racket on Folley beach with the rentals. The pool is not heated and there isn’t an option to heat. We were there first week in May and the water was really cold. The biggest issue is the property manager. He was not very helpful with questions and unresponsive when I reached out to say the balcony door in the master bedroom was broken and would not close. The location was really great.

Best equipped kitchen ever. Lots of appliances, casserole dishes, pots pans, etc. Best central a/c system in a large house wth no hot or cold spots. Could have used extra set of linens for the sleeper sofa. Property manager was great in resolving issues when a professional wasn't available though few problems wth house. Operational instructions for the tv system would be helpful as 3 controllers were confusing to all over 18yrs of age.
