The bedroom features a comfortable double bed. The wardrobe was custom-fitted by a master cabinetmaker, and of course, there’s also a flat-screen TV.

The second bedroom is located in the attic. It features two single beds and two dressers. There’s also a flat-screen TV here. Additionally, a small storage room has been provided in the attic.

The balcony is accessible from the living area—and right next to the house, there’s an outdoor terrace with patio furniture and a lawn. So nothing stands in the way of a fun barbecue. A cozy beach chair awaits you on the terrace!

The house is located on a small street across from the Zwillingsmühlen. The apartment is in the rear part of the house and is therefore set back from the street.

The apartment features wood-look tile flooring; vinyl flooring has been installed in the attic. The entire house is heated by underfloor heating, which can, of course, be adjusted separately for each room. A radiator has been installed in the attic. LED ceiling spotlights have been installed almost without exception.

The apartment features insect screens on the windows and at the balcony entrance (sliding panel).

Access to the vacation apartment is via a separate entrance. There is an ample supply of dishes and silverware, even at maximum occupancy. The apartment is located in a solidly built apartment building (built in 2020). A modern ventilation system ensures a pleasant indoor climate throughout the apartment. Smoke detectors are installed for your safety. Additionally, the apartment offers free internet access (Wi-Fi).
