Upstairs duplex unit nestled directly between Little Lagoon and the beach! Ideal location with views of the lagoon from the outside porch. Enjoy the breeze while outside enjoying coffee or soaking up the sun. Spacious interior comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 3 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fold out sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with appliances and kitchenware needed to prepare and serve a meal. Washer and dryer in the unit. Pets considered with owner approval.
Easy walk to public beach access (0.3 mile) and a few restaurants (0.1 to 0.5 mile). Popular Gulf Shores highlights such as The Hangout, Gulf State Park and Pier, Waterville, and souvenir shops all located within 2 miles or less!

All in all a great stay. The porches could use an upgrade and wish there would have been more dishes to cook with. If you plan on cooking there bring oven friendly cookware. Everything else was smooth sailing and handled 4 teenagers and 2 adults nicely. Very quiet location which was nice and all the neighbors were very friendly.

Beautiful, clean place approx 3 blocks from the beach and even closer to lagoon. However.....do not think you are getting "entire house" because this was a bit misleading. You are renting only the top floor unit here. Also, the deck is in bad shape. Needs a complete re -do. Not just the paint. It is actually rotten in areas and seemed unsafe. I will say that it was plenty big enough for the 6 of us and we had a great stay! Would def stay again if deck gets a rebuild

Home was clean and had everything we needed! Roomy and was convenient to the gulf shores beach.

The deck and yard should not be walked on without shoes. Lots of sand burrs. Flooring was filthy thru-out entire apartment. I don't think it has been mopped or cleaned for awhile. Simple, nice decorations appreciated the washer and dryer.
