This was a great location for my family to stay. We were there for my son's wedding at Caddo Lake. The fire pit area was a great gathering place. The kids loved the swing and a few enjoyed the canoes. The host was quick to respond to questions and did her best to find restaurants that might accomadate my family. The cabins were clean and the beds very comfortable.

We do not have a dishwasher but provide dish soap to handwash what you use. Thanks in advance.

We have one bathroom that includes a full shower and any towels you will need during your stay.

1 of our 2 bedrooms has a King bed along with new mattresses and the softest sheets. A stand alone closet is available to use as you need. Each cabin has this as one of their rooms.

In cabins 1 and 2, our second bedroom has two bunkbeds, sleeping four on new mattresses and soft sheets. In cabins 3, 4, and 5 the second bedroom has another King bed.

Cabins 1 and 2 can accommodate six total. Cabins 3, 4, and 5 hold four. You have access to one pull out couch to sleep an additional two if necessary.

You will have all five of our cabins that are within a short walk of each other.

Our five cabins are nestled along the Big Cypress Bayou. We have a private ramp into the water that can be used by canoes and kayaks.

We have firewood on our property that can be purchased for $1/log.

About this cabin rental

This listing is to rent all 5 of our *NEW* cabins (and separate Bunkhouse) nestled along the Big Cypress Bayou headed towards Caddo Lake. Sleeps 27. We are right on the water yet a one minute drive into Downtown Jefferson. Each cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open concept living/dining areas, small kitchen, and a front patio. The Bunkhouse has 2 twins and a pull out queen couch with small kitchen and bathroom. You will have the entire property including 2 firepits and a private kayak ramp.

You will have access to all ten acres of Paddlewhacks. You will be the only occupants during your stay. You will have all five cabins, 2 firepits, private kayak/canoe ramp. Cabins 1 and 2 can accommodate six total. Cabins 3, 4, and 5 hold four. You have access to one pull out couch to sleep an additional two if necessary.
