About this house rental
Just 2 miles from Breckenridge Ski Resort, this property is a two-story single-family home with approx. 2,753 sq. ft. The main floor has a ½ bath, large kitchen (fully equipped), and family room with 2 gas fireplaces, large screen cable TV, and a foosball table. There are four bedrooms and three full bathrooms upstairs. The home sleeps 10 adults comfortably. Outside the house, there are two attached decks and a balcony off the master suite. The side deck has a gas grill and the hot tub sits on the rear deck. Behind the house there are benches, a picnic table, and a log swing. The house is also equipped with a pack and play & high chair.
Other amenities include a full-size air hockey table and mini basketball hoop in the garage, washer/dryer upstairs, and WIFI throughout the house. 2 benches in the garage to put on snow/ski boots, etc. Cellular coverage throughout the entire area is excellent.
The house is located on a county road, which is well maintained during winter months.

This property was perfect! We take a yearly trip with cousins and spouses, so 8 adults stayed for 4 days. We had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and pots and pans, as well as spices and other miscellaneous items. The hot tub was warm and ready for us upon arrival. We were pleasantly surprised by the 5th bedroom that had an additional set of bunk beds which allowed our 2 single adults to have their own space. An extra fridge in the garage was a nice surprise. The home had plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows and toiletries. Communication with the host was fast. I had a question about the gas stove and received a timely response. I would definitely recommend this home.

We had an amazing stay! The openness and amount of space really stood out — six guests stayed comfortably without ever feeling crowded. The layout was perfect for hanging out together while still having plenty of room to relax.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast, dinner, and meals in between, which made the trip so easy and enjoyable. The location was another huge plus — super close to Main Street and incredibly convenient for getting to and from the slopes.Overall, this house was the perfect combination of comfort, space, and location. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Breckenridge!

Everything was amazing. Our family had the best time thank you. If I had any questions our host got back to me immediately. She was very helpful. The house was very clean and welcoming.
