The kitchen includes a stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso capsule machine, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.
All rooms have access to the large balcony, where you can soak up the afternoon sun and enjoy the beautiful view of the greenery.
The apartment offers two modern bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet, ensuring plenty of comfort for families or small groups.
The garden with its idyllic swimming pond is easily accessible through the house and is available for your shared use. Here you can unwind, enjoy nature, or cool off by the water on warm days.
For extra relaxation, you can use our infrared sauna for an additional fee.

Cons: Straße vor dem Haus war etwas laut.

Cons: Leider haben wir nicht die Wohnung ( Bodensee) in der 1. Etage bekommen die wir reserviert hatten. Wir wurden in der 2. Etage untergebracht. Der Vermieter ging nicht auf unsere Wünsche ein, obwohl er gesehen hat, das wir eine gehbehinderte Person mit hatten. mfg Gerd Elle
