Designer urban feel - completely rehabbed - reclaimed wood beams - full walk in glass master shower with an exposed brick wall and second full bath . Primary bedroom king luxury bed and bedding and has a private dressing room - 2nd bedroom has a queen and 2nd bathroom with a tub and shower.
Chef's Kitchen is brand new - all white with floating reclaimed wood shelving and exposed brick . There is a kitchen nook area full room size with extended reclaimed floating benches . You will have the 14 foot private deck off the back . Garage parking for 1 car & street parking out front.

FORCED CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING. This is a huge plus in the summer months.
SECOND FULL Bathroom is a huge Plus and makes a trio so much more comfortable for a family or a party of 4 persons.
There are three televisions in the Home . Each bedroom as well as the main family room.
The xfinity - Comcast package is the largest for channels. You will have HBO and SHO time with the fastest available. WiFi.

We rented this flat to attend a wedding at Firehouse Chicago just a few blocks away. Our party included two adult couples and our 3 year old grandson.The flat was well appointed with everything we needed. We had room for our grandson to run around, two eating areas, a well equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer available in the basement. The shower in the primary suite was amazing. The unit was clean and comfortable.Onsite parking in the garage was a huge bonus as street parking was very difficult to find.The host was engaged, conscientious, and very helpful in getting items necessary for having a 3 year old. She also brought a train set which he enjoyed very much!We would not hesitate to rent this flat again!

This was our second year in a row to stay here for Pride Bowl. Maia is a perfect host. The flat was immaculate and very conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. The flat is well stocked with bed and bath linens and all kitchen items you may want, although with so many wonderful restaurants to chose from, why cook? We especially enjoyed the back deck for morning coffee and and evening drinks. The neighborhood is beautiful. We will definitely stay here again on any visit to Chicago.

The host, Maia, was easily the best host we’ve ever had! She was super communicative and generous with her time and belongings, even lending us some toys for our kids to play with during our stay. There was some construction around the building and she went out of her way to help us navigate it. As for the place, it’s perfectly located for walking to coffee shops, bars, groceries, the El and the beach. It’s a gorgeous unit in a beautiful old two flat. The master bath in particular was a dream. All in all we can’t recommend the place enough and will definitely be back.

Our host Maia was excellent! The flat was very nice and roomy. The Neighborhood was very walkable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
