About this villa rental
The tranquility, spaciousness, and breathtaking view over the landscape with sunset over the sea seen from every corner, also from indoors, create the special atmosphere of SÍTIO DAS ROLAS, a rural property with comfortable and wheelchair-friendly lodgings surrounded by ample green areas, a swimming pool with a deep end for diving, and a sheltered BBQ area.
Like all other parts of SELÃO DA EIRA, which holds the BIOSPHERE certificate, the entire property and the houses reflect the ecological concept of sustainable and responsible tourism.
When renting the property exclusively, the individual units CANTO DO SOL, CASA ALECRIM, and SOBREIRINHO are connected by removing the wall panels in the transition doors. The resulting cozy mansion offers space, privacy, modern amenities, and good teleworking conditions.
With 4 (or 5) double beds and 5 (or 3) single beds, 1 single and 2 double sofa beds, and 1 extra bed, and one of the twin bedrooms with the option of 2 bunk beds instead (fabulous for children and teens), it can host up to 19-21 persons depending on the type of group. There are 3 bathrooms with shower and bathtub, and 2 with shower only, plus an outdoor sanitary room with lavatory.
The kitchens and the kitchenette are very well equipped. The dining area for large groups is centrally located in front of the major kitchen with two adjacent dining tables with 16-18 seats and space for a smaller table next to it. The rooftop dining room (with support kitchenette) has seating for 12 persons and offers truly panoramic views.
For booking CASA ALECRIM in combination only with CANTO DO SOL (9-12 persons), or with SOBREIRINHO (10-15 persons), please contact the host via the booking platform.
Almost at the doorstep you find a full-fledged minigolf course and a space for Thai Ayurveda massage treatment.
- Baby bed payment 35,00 € per person
- Pet allowed payment 45,00 € per pet
