Welcome to our modern VRBO in Lincoln, NE! Our private-entrance walk-out basement is perfect for families or groups, with a comfortable king bed, queen bed, queen sofa bed, and toddler bed. The living room has a comfy couch and TV with Amazon Prime. The kitchen is fully stocked for you to prepare meals, and the patio has a gas grill and access to the backyard. Business travelers will love the table/dining corner for a dedicated workspace. Just 15 minutes from downtown Lincoln - book now! Pets welcome (additional cleaning fee)!

Guests have access to the entire basement of our house. While we live upstairs, the basement suite is for our guests only, with complete privacy. Feel free to also enjoy the backyard.

Tom's modern Lincoln apartment was very spacious and clean. It has comfortable beds and furniture. We are a family of 5, with older kids. There was more than enough space for all of us to relax for the night. We were very happy with our stay.I wasn't sure from the post if the kitchen was full or not, but was pleasantly surprised that we had access to a stove. Would definitely come here again!

Clean and convenient to our church conference. Plenty of coffee for us to all have a cup or 2 before we left every morning.

Awesome spot! But it wasn't very clean. It felt like no one had been there in a whiles, and it really needed a good cleaning before we got there. Our pets loved it though! The big fenced yard was a huge bonus for our trip.
