About this apartment rental

A Casa di Teresa offers fully furnished, self-contained apartments consisting of a bedroom, a full bathroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, and an outdoor patio with a view of the sea, complete with a beach umbrella, table, and chairs—where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner in complete tranquility, surrounded by greenery. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, mosquito screens, sheets and towels, an LCD TV, and an alarm system. All kitchens are fully equipped with an oven, dishes, pots and pans, a refrigerator, and a stovetop. Also available are laundry service, car-sharing and bike-sharing, and a shuttle service to and from Brindisi Papola Casale Airport. We offer our guests—always included in the price—a Weber grill, a beach umbrella, and a lounge chair for free use during their stay.
Nestled within the Palude del Conte Nature Reserve, just 300 meters from the white sands and crystal-clear waters of Punta Prosciitto Bay, A casa di Teresa offers trails through dunes and Mediterranean scrub that follow the coastline, which alternates between sandy beaches and cliffs. A short 300-meter walk from the village of Punta Grossa or along the boardwalk takes you to the public beach at Riva degli Angeli, where sand dunes, framed by the brilliant green of the Mediterranean scrub, stretch out into the clear waters of the Ionian Sea. A short distance from the apartments is a small, well-equipped beach, easily reached on foot via a picturesque path through the Mediterranean scrub. Each apartment comes with a beach umbrella for your convenience during your stay. The pedestrian promenade also offers opportunities for long walks and bike rides between the sea and the surrounding greenery.

If you’re looking for more spacious apartments, we’re proud to present our new property to A Casa di Teresa’s guests: Antica Villa del Conte (listing: www.homelidays.it/casa-vacanze/p6880608)..
Antica Villa del Conte is an exclusive location situated within the Palude del Conte Nature Reserve, just 200 meters from the stunning sea of Porto Cesareo Bay, the jewel of the Salento region.
The property draws on the traditional rural architectural style typical of Salento, featuring spacious rooms with star-vaulted ceilings, tuff masonry, and white lime plaster. The 2,000 square meters of private grounds feature dry-stone walls and vegetation typical of the Mediterranean scrub, as well as a small pine grove with Aleppo pines and eucalyptus trees. The Villa is located just a few minutes from the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea, which, combined with the Mediterranean scrub of the natural park, provide a constant view from every room in the property.
The Villa offers two spacious apartments with ocean views.
We are offering the last available booking for the “Turchese” apartment, located on the first floor (110 square meters), which features two spacious double bedrooms, a living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen for 6 guests with an oven, and a full bathroom with a shower. Each room features original hand-painted Vietri majolica tiles.
The apartment also features a spacious outdoor terrace facing the sea, located within the grounds, for exclusive use, and equipped with a table, umbrella, and chairs where you can dine with friends or relax. There is also a barbecue area with a Weber grill provided and a spice corner for guests’ free use, as well as an outdoor shower, a sink, and a clothesline.

A location equipped with every comfort, just 200 meters from the crystal-clear waters of Punta Prosciutto Bay, where you can enjoy a vacation filled with relaxation and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature.
The sea is just 200 meters from the apartments and can be reached in a few minutes via a path through the Mediterranean scrub. The nearest beach (300 meters) is public and uncrowded even during peak season. For those who prefer a beach with amenities, the nearby town of Torre Lapillo is less than 1 kilometer from the property and offers a variety of beach facilities.

The appartment was very nice and the communication with the owner was very good and we always got a quick response. We also received a welcome present. We were there in mid june and the home beach was not growded and very nice. But be aware of the mosquitos at night while sitting outside. By the way, you definitly need a car for shopping. We can defenetly recommend this appartment.
