Condo situated on North Dog Beach with direct access to stairs leading down to beach. Top floor penthouse is on the 4th floor with Ocean and Sunset Views towards La Jolla. Excellent location just steps to the beach. Solana beach feels private compared to many beaches in San Diego. Communication from Renee was excellent and check in process was seamless. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies for a family. There were 3 beach chairs, sand toys, two boogie boards, umbrella, pool toys, plenty of beach towels. Would definitely stay again!

This condo is outstanding, a true gem! It is a perfect location, beautiful and clean inside with a nice view of the ocean and balcony, spacious, thoughtfully prepared with excellent communication with the host. We didn’t want to leave!

We stayed at Renee's place for six weeks in February and March and we loved our stay. The views from the condo are amazing and my wife and I loved being able to hear the Pacific as we went to sleep each night. Access to the condo is super convenient and it was an easy walk to the beach as well as local shops and restaurants. Check in was a breeze and Renee was incredibly responsive to any inquiries we had during our stay. Thanks for an amazing time Renee! We will be back!

We stayed here in August with our three small children and could not be happier with the experience. The property manager made booking, arrival, and exiting the property really easy. The condo itself was beautiful with its modern aesthetic, but most importantly, it was clean! The kitchen was well stocked with supplies which made cooking a breeze. Additionally, the unit included beach chairs, umbrella, a few sand toys, and boogie boards. The close proximity to the pool and beach access made it easy for our little kids to get around. Be prepared for a lot of stairs down to the beach but know that is something you deal with regardless of where you stay in Solana Beach. The hike up and down is well worth it as you have much smaller crowds than other beaches.
Not only is this a great location for walking to local shops, restaurants, and cafés, its close proximity to the interstate and train station also make it easy to get out and see all of San Diego.
