We open the doors to a dream stay in a villa for eight people between Estérel and the Mediterranean.
THE SETTING
Agay is the true jewel of the Esterel. The great painters and writers were not mistaken. Marquet, Picasso, Derain, Valtat and Guillaumin have sublimated in many masterpieces the unique contrasts offered by the deep blue of the sea and the flamboyant reds of the porphyries of the volcanic massif.
THE VILLA
In a quiet area, in a private and secure domain, enter a large south-facing villa, bathed in light, with patio, large living room, open kitchen opening onto large terraces, two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, two suites, infinity pool and games room.

Every morning is an enchantment. Wake up facing the sea with the bay of Agay on the horizon.
On the 1st level:
A large open kitchen fully equipped to prepare your fresh meals when you come back from the market or the farm, your gourmet meals or simply your tapas aperitifs. A back kitchen, two dishwashers, two sinks... Everything is there.
The living room opens onto a large terrace facing the sea, shaded and furnished with table, chairs, deckchairs and sofas.
Two beautiful bedrooms each with its own shower room.
Going down a few steps or by the ramp, you arrive at the garden level, facing the infinity pool (secured by roller shutter and heated in season), surrounded by numerous deckchairs and parasols to enjoy the sun all day long.
On the first floor:
A large hallway reading area; Two suites with private bathrooms; A games room.
The villa, a compromise between Provençal classicism and modernity, is completely renovated, designed and fitted out by an architect to offer you all the comfort of an unforgettable stay.
Table football, ping-pong table and bowling green.
Also at your disposal: 3 private parking spaces, reversible air conditioning in each room, wifi connection, bluetooth speakers in the living room and games room to listen to your music from your smartphone, tablet or computer. Tv in the living room and in each of the bedrooms and safe.

LOCATION
Ideally located between Cannes and Saint-Tropez, close enough to enjoy the town of Saint-Raphaël, its shops and amenities, and far enough away to offer privileged access to the sea and nature.

In summer, on site, you can enjoy restaurants, essential shops and local products from the neighbouring farm.
