THE SPACE
Ideal for 6 adults, with accommodations for up to 8 guests:

We had an amazing stay! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, and everything else needed to prepare meals, which made our stay so much easier. The host was wonderful and communicated with us throughout the entire process, making everything smooth and stress-free. The views were beautiful, and the water park was a huge hit with the kids. There was so much for them to do, and they had an absolute blast. We all had a great time and made some wonderful memories. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway!

The condo is great! There are beach items for the kids to use and beach chairs. We left more for future guests to enjoy. There is a beach access to the right of the elevators which was super nice and a short walk.

June 2026. I want to be very clear in separating the condo itself from the resort property.The condo was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything in the unit was functional during our stay. The water pressure was great, we had plenty of hot water. The beds were very comfortable, and we really appreciated the large Keurig coffee maker. Another thoughtful touch was the closet stocked with sand toys, beach chairs, and boogie boards for guests to use, which we were happy to contribute to before leaving. We truly have nothing but positive things to say about the condo itself.However, the condo is located within Dunes Village Resort, and our experience with the resort was very different. The resort areas felt dirty and run down. The pools did not appear to be well maintained, and we noticed clumps of hair floating in the pool water on multiple occasions. The water slides were also extremely rough and left our backs sore for a couple of days after using them.Overall, the privately owned condo was excellent, clean, and comfortable, but the resort property and amenities were disappointing and did not meet the same standard as the condo.
