Are you in need of some fresh mountain air, peace and quiet, and a little bit of nature? Then you’ve come to the right place! Our cozy “Sunrise” vacation rental in Altenau is located in the Glockenberg Vacation Park—right in the heart of the Harz Mountains, with a fantastic view of the mountains and plenty of hiking opportunities and chances to relax.
The apartment is ideal for 2 people or couples and anyone who just wants to unwind.

• Balcony with a view—east-facing with a view of Torfhaus and the Brocken
• Fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a small convection oven with a microwave
• Cozy sleeping area with a French double bed
• Beautiful bathroom with shower and hair dryer
• Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment
• The “Heißer Brocken” Crystal Spa is practically around the corner
• Numerous hiking trails start right at your doorstep
• Many restaurants and the local supermarket are within walking distance
Additional important information:
Guests often prefer to sleep in their own bedding. Therefore, bed linens and towels are not included, but can be booked for a small additional fee of 15€ per person per stay. The “linens package” includes a hand towel, a bath towel, and bed linens. Payment is due on-site in cash or via PayPal.
Check-in is available on the day of arrival until 8:00 PM at the latest.
