Sterling Sands 707 is a Gulf Front condo located right in the heart of Destin! This 2BR/2BA condo sleeps a maximum of 4 guests and has unbeatable, wall to wall Beach Views! There's a king bed in the master bedroom and a twin over full bunk bed in the guest bedroom. This lovely condo features a fully equipped kitchen, a private balcony with stunning views, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. When youโre not catching sun on the beach, splash around in the community pool or explore all the amazing amenities at Sterling Sands! Come make Sterling Sands 707 a family vacation tradition!

*Guests should complete the online check in 3 days prior to arrival to avoid delays upon check in. Guests are charged $15+Tax for guests 5 years and older. Guests will be charged for any lost wristbands. 2 Parking Passes Max. Smoking is prohibited on the property, including the beach. There is one designated area to smoke, itโs located at the bus stop as you enter the property from Hwy 98*

Sterling Sands was great little getaway spot. Condo itself was clean and tidy with comfy beds etc. We had some rainy days, so maybe think about putting some board games or cards in the unit in case of bad weather. Other than that, it was great and a good value we felt.

Clean, close to the beach, great pool, amazing host! We could not have asked for a better condo and we had the best beach trip we have had in years. Destin is absolutely beautiful and our trip was relaxing! We will be staying here next year!

The Condo was Great!! Clean, spacious, comfortable bed, great kitchen, the beach service was great, spectacular view. Sterling Sands 707 was Outstanding! The hosts, RealJoy, they were the best! Iโve stayed in many condos in Sterling Sands, they rank right at the top. Great Communication, friendly and quick to respond with any questions. Had a great time. Thanks so much!!

Floors could have used some scrubbing. Condo Very dusty! Dryer located in hallway needs attention. Raised the vent to clean it noticed it was full underneath. Fire hazard for sure. Smelled musty. Very crowded! Which would have been ok , but no room on beach. Umbrellas, umbrellas and umbrellas! We had beach service included in our stay. The gentleman working with the shaved ice and managing chairs and umbrellas were very kind. In fact all staff were very nice and helpful. Never seen Anyone from โthe office.โ In fact the offices looked kind of deserted. Up against lots of people every day on the beach. Small space on beach for such a large complex. My husband and I went to a public beach a couple days to get away from the crowd.
