Welcome to SOL MATE! A private cottage on a secluded lot just a short stroll to the beautiful beach. This boho cottage boasts numerous outdoor areas. Enjoy the SOLitude by relaxing in the screened-in porch, unwinding on the back deck under the palms, viewing the sunset on the upper deck which offers gulf views, sipping a drink at the outside tiki bar or playing horse shoes.

This cottage is perfect for a little beach getaway! The outside spaces are beautiful and the walk to the beach is ~4 minutes and is a great little walk. The space was clean and the host was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. It’s also a family friendly neighborhood and great location with rosemary and pier park about 10 minutes away so there is a lot to do in the area. It sleeps 4 comfortably but includes a mattress which accommodated for our group of 6. Overall my group had a great stay!

The owner was easily in contact with any/all questions, responding in a very timely manner. She was also very flexible with specific needs! There is so much privacy for being in the neighborhood so close to the beach.The home is very clean, adequately furnished even with K-pods for morning coffee on the porch! Laguna beach is far less crowded than PCB and right down the road from the house! 10/10 recommend

Wonderful screened in porch! Big back yard for my furr baby but the yard needs some TLC and it would be a perfect getaway. Easy walk to quiet beach and close to all the fun in rosemary and seaside!
