Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.
This modernly furnished one-room vacation apartment with a balcony has a living area of approximately 37 m² and accommodates 2 people.
The modern kitchenette with a breakfast bar is perfect for social cooking evenings. The kitchenette also features, for example, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, an oven, and a coffee maker. In the living area, a comfortable box-spring bed (160x200 cm) invites you to enjoy restful nights. Pleated blinds on all windows provide privacy and block out light. A TV (with DVB-T reception), a DVD player, and a radio/CD player are also available. From the living area, you have access to the furnished balcony, where you can enjoy cozy vacation evenings with a good glass of wine. In the hallway, a large built-in closet offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. An outdoor parking space right next to the house is reserved for you. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use inside the building. You can store your bicycles in the lockable bike storage room.
