"Seaview" Vacation Apartment with Balcony and Ocean View in the Berolina Building in Dahme
Here you can feel completely at home and enjoy a fantastic ocean view! Enjoy your vacation in this 2-bedroom vacation rental, renovated in 2026 and furnished in a modern style, located on the 4th floor of Haus Berolina.
The vacation apartment has a living area of approximately 46 m², accommodates up to 4 people, and features a large balcony. The combined living/sleeping area boasts a tasteful ambiance. The master bed (2x 90x200 cm) is at a comfortable height. The separate bedroom, equipped with an additional flat-screen TV and built-in DVD player, offers another comfortable sleeping area for up to 2 people in a bunk bed (80x200 cm each). From here, too, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea. The large kitchen is very well-equipped, and a dishwasher makes everyday life on vacation easier. The modern design continues in the bathroom. In the living room, the large smart TV offers many channels in HD quality. Free, high-speed Wi-Fi is, of course, included.
A private underground parking space (clearance height 185 cm) is included as standard, and the elevator takes you conveniently to your floor. Use of the heated, on-site swimming pool is included; in addition, guests have access to three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and countryside, a table tennis room, and a solarium.
Bicycles can be stored in two basement rooms in Building An as well as in a designated area on the first floor. The building also features shared laundry rooms with washing machines and dryers (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

The wide, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach directly behind the dike is perfect for kilometer-long walks, accompanied by the sound of the waves and the cries of seagulls. We highly recommend visiting the surrounding sights and towns, because on the Baltic Sea, even the smallest town has its own unique charms just waiting to be discovered.
