Belmar Vacation Rental with Balcony in the Berolina Building in Dahme
Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals Service Office, Lange Wiese 4, 23747 Dahme.
A beautiful 1-room vacation apartment, approx. 37 m², for up to 2 people with a magnificent ocean view! The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the Berolina apartment complex and is easily accessible by elevator.
This apartment is perfect for a vacation for two and features modern and stylish furnishings. The combined living room and bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2x 80x200 cm), as well as a cozy corner sofa and an armchair. A flat-screen TV is available for cozy evenings after a long day at the beach. The modern, fully equipped kitchen—which includes a dishwasher—is separated from the living area by a counter. There, you can enjoy a cozy meal together on two bar stools. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower. You’ll even have a view of the sea from your balcony! Wi-Fi is, of course, included.
An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with ocean and land views, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee/coin-operated machines).
Would you like to bring your dog along on vacation? One dog is welcome to accompany you for an additional fee.
