With a living area of approximately 54 m², this stylish and modern 2-roomvacation apartment with a separate bedroom, balcony, and ocean view. The living/dining area, featuring a sofa nook, flat-screen TV, a well-equipped built-in kitchenette, and a dining area for 4 people, is bright and open. Step out from the living room onto your furnished balcony and enjoy the view of the shimmering Baltic Sea.
In the separate bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2x90x200 cm) ensures restful nights, and in the living room, the high-quality sleeper sofa (sleeping area approx. 180x240 cm) provides another cozy sleeping spot for two. Pleated blinds offer pleasant privacy and light control. In addition to the tasteful furnishings, the underfloor heating ensures a cozy atmosphere. The bright, natural-light-filled wellness bathroom also features underfloor heating, a washing machine, a heated towel rack, and a walk-in shower.
Park conveniently in your own outdoor parking space. Your apartment is accessible by elevator or stairs. Barbecuing is permitted here only with an electric grill. Free Wi-Fi access is included.
