Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.
In a prime location in Grömitz: a 2-room vacation apartment near the beach in Haus Baltic on the 2nd floor with a balcony and a living area of approx. 43 m² for up to 4 people.
The Baltic Sea at its best! This beautiful vacation apartment is located just about 50 meters from the beach and welcomes you with its ocean-blue decor and lovingly selected furnishings. You can make yourself comfortable on the cozy sofa set—and just as much on the furnished balcony facing southwest. The small, separate kitchen is functionally equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, air fryer, and coffee and Nespresso machines, making it easy to prepare your own meals. After a great day at the Baltic Sea, you can convert the sleeper sofa in the living room into a double bed (approx. 145x200 cm) for the night, or use the double bed (2x 80x200 cm) in the bedroom. In the modern shower room, you can snuggle into the pre-warmed towels after a long day at the beach.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. A bike rack and a bike storage room are available for any bicycles or e-bikes you bring with you. In the well-equipped laundry room in the neighboring building, a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use (for a fee/coin-operated machines). Wi-Fi is, of course, included.
Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed here.
