Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.
Current Notice (as of 31.08.2026): Due to road resurfacing work, the B76 between Scharbeutz and Timmendorfer Strand will be completely closed in certain sections from September 6 to 13.09.2026. Please follow the posted detours. The parking lot remains open. However, during this period, access is via the Fuchsberg large parking lot. Please drive all the way to the end of the parking lot; the gate to the property is open.

Upstairs, a light-filled living and sleeping area welcomes you. Your small but exquisite and fully equipped kitchen is sure to delight even the most ambitious home cooks. A spacious, bright living room with a cozy couch and a seating area leaves nothing to be desired. You can look forward to your cozy terrace with a lounge area, accessible from the living area. That first cup of coffee in the morning, the daily newspaper in hand… Could a morning get any better? Your sleeping area has been tastefully separated, yet the overall space offers a uniquely open living atmosphere—exceptionally beautiful! The double bed (2x 80x200 cm) is incredibly comfortable—you can already look forward to a restful night’s sleep. A spacious bathroom with a beautiful shower is the perfect way to start the day! You can set the floor heating to your preferred temperature. Curtains and blackout pleated blinds protect you from the first rays of the sun. In the basement, you’ll find a bedroom with a single bed that can be pulled out to form two single beds.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for you in front of the house. If you’d like to bring your bicycles, there’s also a designated spot for them. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. Wi-Fi is included.
Please note that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed here.
