From the bright, charming living area—which is fully equipped with a TV, Bluetooth speaker, and a dining nook—you have direct access to the furnished balcony with a gas grill. The well-equipped, modern kitchen—featuring an induction stove, dishwasher, and espresso machine (Nespresso)—blends seamlessly into the space and invites you to transform regional ingredients into delicious meals. The master bedroom features a box-spring bed (180x200 cm). On the loft area of this bedroom, accessible via a staircase, you’ll find a small play area and a small double bed (140x200 cm) that can accommodate up to two children. The second bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a dresser. In the smallest of the bedrooms, you’ll find a cozy double bed (160x200 cm) and a dresser as well. Both shower rooms are equipped with heated floors.
An outdoor parking space next to the house is reserved for you.
