Available on a first-come, first-served basis each day with three tandem parking spots allocated for the four units in the building. You may park only ONE vehicle per unit if you secure a spot.
RESTRICTIONS:
We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS
The pool closes at 11PM
No smoking on the property

THINGS TO KNOW:
Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.
Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.
Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

Bimini stay, nice updated and very clean upon arrival, although parking is limited, it’s very manageable as other unit tenants were very nice. The pool was ok, could use a deep cleaning and the outdoor furniture as well. Ac was actually too cold, good as you can adjust. Did have an incident as we were told after check out that a duvet was missing, which was not !!!! Cleaning crew wasn’t counting on us still being on the island and we went back to check up, lady in her broken English didn’t know what to say, she wasn’t counting on us being Spanish and communication was restored .... Honestly she made up so many back and forth stories even we were confused. The duvet was on the bed, as we left it, nothing was missing!!!! Thankfully our communication with the property manager via text was good, and they apologized for the confusion/misundertanding. It triggered us to be accused of such thing as we even make our own beds and leave everything intact, even at hotels and cruises. Thankfully is was resolved !!!!

The Positives: The location is excellent, situated right near Duval Street, making it very convenient for exploring the local area. The Layout: Contrary to the advertisement, the property is communal. The Amenities: The kitchen setup is extremely limited, with no oven, no dishwasher, and a very small sink that makes washing up difficult. The Essentials: Only one set of towels is provided per person, necessitating frequent laundry during the stay. The Atmosphere: Noise insulation is poor; heavy foot traffic from the unit above at 4:00 AM significantly disrupted sleep. The Requirements: Despite the lack of convenience features, guests are still expected to clean and take out the garbage prior to the cleaners' arrival.
