Welcome to our new, light-filled, and very well-maintained 2-room ground-floor vacation apartment.
This apartment is centrally located, just about 250 m from the beach and the dune trail, and offers a comfortable vacation for 2 adults and a toddler in about 57 square meters of space.
The modern furnishings make an immediate impression in the living room, featuring a comfortable sofa set and a large flat-screen TV, all set in a cozy maritime atmosphere with beautiful decorative accents.
The modern kitchenette, integrated into the living area, has everything you need from breakfast through dinner. In addition to the ceramic-glass cooktop and refrigerator with freezer compartment, there is, of course, also an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a dishwasher. The cozy dining table is located in the adjoining sunroom and rounds out the comfort.
From the living room, you can step out onto the spacious terrace with beautiful furniture and a small lawn area. From there, you can also walk through a small gate directly onto Seestraße.
In the bedroom, which features a cozy double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), the electric blinds ensure a restful night’s sleep. It also includes another flat-screen TV and ample closet space for your vacation wardrobe. The modern, naturally lit bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet is equipped with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror, as well as additional storage space for your toiletries.
