10/10 vacation! Our vacation at this property was perfect. The home was super clean and very well taken care of. The Blue Sky Villas team was extremely helpful and made sure that we had an awesome experience. We are already talking about coming back here!

This was my first time staying at a vacation home rental and will not be the last! The home was clean for the most part, all cookware was included and the private pool was an absolute blast. I did not explore the resort fully but the water park was great for my kiddos!
10 / 10Outstanding·May 2026
The house was exactly as listed. It met all of our needs. It was clean and roomy. And we'd definitely stay again. The only negatives we experienced: no ceiling fans in any of the rooms (this is Florida, in the summer we need a/c and fans), lots of rules around guest visiting, the check in at the gate was exhausting. The process needs to be improved... maybe a pre check in where we send a copy of our license and license plate so our parking passes could be pre printed and ready to go to help speed up the process. One of the families sat in line for over an hour to get onto the property. After a 5 hour drive in traffic, and an hour wait on top she was left traumatized and exhausted. I know blue sky villa is not responsible for this but as they have many houses on this property maybe they could make some suggestions. But again, over all it was a great stay on a great property.

Reviewer Comments:
The villa was very spacious and clean The carpet on the second floor could be cleaned or changed The game room is a little rough items are broken, ripped and worn out blue skies did send over a new pool stick one evening which was appreciated One of the loungers could be replaced by the pool area and we noticed some of the screening near the bottom rail is coming apart Kitchen is nicely stocked with necessary cooking essentials I understand you must supply all the basic essentials like spices paper towel etc but I feel as a renter with or without housekeeping during my stay if the condo/villa/rental sleeps 10 have seating for 10 (kitchen/living room) also for the amount of money charged it would be nice to have two sets of bath towels (bath towel, washcloth, hand towel) per allowed guest again if 10 guests 2 sets of towels for 10 guests The pool in the yard was nice just as described we did not heat due to it was end of June. The pool area would benefit greatly with several ceiling fans. The resort pool area has a lot of rules, you are not allowed to have water in your metal cup and they will go through all of your items The water slides do not have enough water going down them, the lazy river is nice it does get crowded and hard to maneuver with a tubThere are plenty of loungers at the pool. The vibe at the pool to my group was thumbs down the pictures look better than what it really is All in all I would give this resort and villa a B-
