About this house rental
Our apartment has a private entrance and is located in a typical Amalfi Coast house featuring the barrel vaults found in older homes and whitewashed walls. The apartment has a large private terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the coast. It sleeps two people and is located on the hill above Amalfi.There are 30 steps from street level. The house features a sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with an 80 cm x 80 cm corner shower featuring an elegant glass enclosure ( cristallo.La ) private terrace offers you the chance to dine al fresco while enjoying the evening breeze and the view of the sea. The private entrance allows you complete freedom of access.Two people are comfortably accommodated in the spacious living area, which features a comfortable sofa bed that unfolds with a single gesto.La. The kitchen, which opens onto its own small terrace, is separate and fully equipped with everything necessario.Il. The bathroom features an 80 cm x 80 cm corner shower with an elegant glass enclosure.The tile decorations are handmade in the typical colors of the Amalfi Coast, and the antique handmade terracotta floor makes each “riggiola” unique, with its varying shades of color. You’ll discover the charm of tradition combined with modern comfort.The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and Ethernet.Vi, as well as hot/cold air conditioning and heating for the winter months.
If you’re arriving by car, please note that free street parking isn’t always available. For this reason, we have an arrangement with a parking lot a short distance from our home at a rate of 20€ per day, payable on-site. Please reserve your parking spot in advance of your arrival date. If you decide to use this service, you can pay directly to the parking lot owner upon arrival. You’ll discover Amalfi and its history by visiting the Duomo and strolling through its covered passageways, but you’ll also have the sea and beaches right at your fingertips, the other towns along the coast, and the island of Capri, just an hour’s navigazione.Al return trip to Pogerola, where you’ll find bars to enjoy an aperitif before a delicious dinner at the village’s restaurants.Please remember that upon arrival, we’ll need your identification documents for the registration required by the authorities, and you’ll need to pay us in cash the tourist tax of €3 per night per persona.La. We’ll remit this tax to the municipality, and a receipt will be sent to you after your departure, as specified on the Amalfi Municipality website.
