Welcome to the “Swabian Sea”!
Our new maisonette-style vacation apartment is located just a few minutes’ walk from the shores of Lake Constance.
The apartment features a spacious, well-equipped kitchen-living room, a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m), a bright bathroom with natural light and a shower, and a living room with a sleeper sofa on the upper level.
The balcony, bathed in morning sun, is a wonderful place to start your day. A bakery is located about 300 meters away.

NEW starting in 2023 – Friedrichshafen tourist tax and Echt Bodensee Card
As an overnight guest, you will be required to pay the Friedrichshafen tourist tax starting in 2023. In return, you’ll receive the Echt Bodensee Card—your guest card for free use of public transportation within the bodo transit network and additional benefits from partner businesses.

The Friedrichshafen visitor’s tax, levied by the City of Friedrichshafen, is as follows:
- High season April 1–October 31: Adults: €2.50/night; children and teens ages 6–18: €1.25/night
- Off-season Nov. 1 – Mar. 31: Adults: €1.50/night; children and teens ages 6–18: €0.75/night
The following are exempt from the visitor’s tax:
- Children up to age 6
- Hospital and nursing home patients
- School classes and youth group trips
- People with disabilities (80%) and their companions (proof required)
