About this house rental
The Strandperle vacation home is located in a newly built vacation home community right on the Thülsfelder Reservoir (about 300 m from the swimming beach).
Awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association.
Bedrooms:
The vacation home sleeps 6 guests in 4 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms). A crib is available upon request.
Bathrooms:
The vacation home has 2 bathrooms, one on the first floor and one on the upper floor; each is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. A washing machine and a drying rack are available.
Living and dining area:
The open-concept living and dining area features a modern kitchenette (electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster) and a dining table for 6 people. A high chair is available upon request.
The living and dining area also features a cozy sofa nook, a flat-screen TV, and a Wii console. Another flat-screen TV with a DVD player is located upstairs (in the double bedroom).
Additional information:
For cozy moments on cold days, an outdoor sauna and a wood-burning stove in the living area provide ample space.
The entire vacation home is equipped with underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi. The entire house is also equipped with exterior roller shutters and, in some rooms, pleated blinds.
The garden features a grill, patio furniture, and children’s play equipment (slide, swings).
Parking space available.
On the day of arrival, the vacation home is available to you starting at 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the vacation home by 10:00 a.m. for final cleaning. Other times are possible by arrangement.
Bed linens and towels are provided in the vacation home.
