New model home, brand new house all new furniture. Pine ridge jewel offers a straight shot to the clam pass beach and many more beaches around 8 miles or 15 min straight west gets you to all high end dining and malls. Pine ridge road is very easy to navigate and offers many shops and malls close to I-75. The house includes the top unit and offers an older Florida home style rap around porch not found in newer homes .

Generally quiet neighborhood. Open floor plan can accommodate large group. Good communication with host. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

Great house, great location.Rented this property for a work trip but it was exactly what we wanted/needed. Great location in East Naples. The property is a little more than 1/2 a mile from the main (BUSY) road but when sitting out on the great wrap around deck you cant hear a thing ... peaceful. House was well appointed, beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. I did message the owner a couple times with questions and he was very quick to respond and friendly in his responses. We were out early and back late everyday, wish we could have enjoyed the home a bit more. Keeping it earmarked for next year.

My brother and I came down to visit our mother who lives only 5 minutes away from this location. The house is very modern and new with wonderful amenities. It's just east of Highway 75 and not far from the airport at all.
